We called this morning about an issue with our AC. We called at 9:30am and was given a 10:00am to 1:00pm window. Oscar the technician contacted us at 10:52am to say that he would be here in 20 min. He arrived when he said he would. The problem was diagnosed quickly, and repaired, we were presented a good estimate. We had him perform a tune up service. He replaced our filters and washed down the unit. Oscar was friendly and professional. He explained all work that he was doing. I highly recommend Steve's for your AC and Heating needs.
View AllI had Steve's out to repair my air conditioner. When Blake arrived he was pleasant and seemed very experienced. Due to the age of my existing system, he recommended a replacement rather than a repair. I had a complete new system installed 2 days later.
