When you become a pre-paid member of our ESA Club, you will be eligible to receive our superior tune-ups with professional cleaning on an ongoing basis. We will remind you regularly to schedule an appointment for your heater or air conditioner, and allow you to transfer this agreement to your new home if you decide to move somewhere else within the Inland Empire area. There are four levels of membership:
ESA Level #1: $99.00Benefits with Level #1
- This is a one-year agreement in which you can schedule up to one (1) visit.
- Postcard reminders are sent out informing you of when you need to schedule your appointment.
- You will be reminded of when your agreement is about to expire so you can decide if you wish to continue.
Benefits with Level #2
- This is a one-year agreement in which you can schedule up to three (3) visits.
- You can alternate visits between your heating, air conditioning and plumbing system.
- Receive 15% discount on Plumbing, Heating & A/C repairs listed in our task book.
- Priority service for all repair calls
- Two (2) lbs. of free Freon
- Full plumbing inspection visit (when requested) and FREE water heater inspection (includes draining your water heater and checking the shut-off valve).
- Membership can be transferred to your new I.E. home if you sell.
- Postcard reminders are sent out informing you of when you need to schedule your appointment. Make your appointment up to 6 weeks in advance.
- You will be reminded of when your agreement is about to expire so you can decide if you wish to continue.

- This is a two-year agreement in which you can schedule up to six (6) visits.
- Can alternate visits between your heating, air conditioning and plumbing system.
- Receive 15% discount on Plumbing, Heating & A/C repairs listed in our task book.
